Переосмысляя Родителя: модель эго-состояний по принципу ценности

Abstract

Два интегративных компонента эго-состояния Родитель в исходной функциональной модели пересматриваются в контексте психотерапевтической работы и ее эффективности. Представлена и аргументирована альтернативная интерпретация функциональной модели, основанная как на теоретических соображениях, широко принятых в профессии, так и на практической реализации пересмотренной модели. Настоящая разработка основана на принципе ценности, т.е. на предпосылке, что потребность в подтверждении ценности является основной социальной потребностью и что опыт обесценивания со стороны значимой родительской фигуры вызывает психологическую травму и сопутствующие дефициты и компенсации. Обсуждается важность самооценки в контексте привязанности, «нарциссической раны» и уязвимости, также приведены эмпирические данные и терапевтические реакции в психотерапевтической практике. Для иллюстрации применения модели представлен практический пример парной терапии.
